entire beach is covered by the finest sand and the water is clear
with beautiful shades of turquoise.
There is a large area with sun

Cala Mendia holiday resort
Cala Mendia is a small and quiet holiday resort. The town was
developed in the early 90ís and it has a relatively high percentage
of private vacation homes. The same is true for the neighboring
towns of Cala Anguila and Romantica.
There are a few stores in the area,
among them a supermarket and a pharmacy. There is a much greater
selection in nearby Porto Cristo, which is easily accessible by taxi
or bus. In Porto Cristo you also find Coves del Drac caves, which
are one of the greatest tourist attractions in Mallorca.
